I did it. Today I went to the gym :D I did a couple hours at Sue Ryder, helping out and then hopped (well walked) over to the gym and went in. It was... Well just like I remember my last gym experience except on my own. The guy was rather unhelpful, just pointing me to the equipment and all "get on with it". Thanks! Grrr.

Next time I wanna speak to someone and get a regime sorted out cause I just did a few bits, cycles, running machine and all that jazz, you know, the simple ones we all know how to use anyway. It comes with my membership for free, so I want it!

I had a good time though, outta breath, sweaty, it felt good! I will take my swimmy cossie next time and go swimming as well, I love swimming!

I need a new bag though, my one sucks...

So all in all, it went very well

Yesterday was my birthday :D Had a great day, got some nice things and a some money from the family. I had a great time in the evening too, went out to a Silent Disco, if you get the chance to go to one do it! I love them! Second one I had been too and it was as good as i remembered it.

What's this got to do with my blog? Well, mum and dad had got me my pass for the gym :D So I am heading off down there tomorrow :D Gotta find myself a bag and my trackies, they went for a walk it seems :( Bad times, but I am really looking forward to it :D

Oh no not another blog about someone losing weight *sigh*. I know, I know, maybe not the most interesting of topics, but I really am hoping that it will really motivate me to go to the gym regularly and keep on eating healthy. This is gunna be easy enough whilst at home over these next 8 weeks because, well I have nothing else to do xD And food is all paid for by my lovely mum :D

Once getting back to uni, that will be a different matter. There will be drinking, partying and studying to do, which is where this blog will hopefully really come into play.

Now I have not yet joined the gym, I need to get the money off my dad and get down there, which will be in the next few days. Then they will go through the whole what I need to do etc etc etc and all that jazz. They also have a nice swimming pool, which I love and I love to swim so I will do that as well.

Now I am a UK size 16, I would love to get down to a 12, but anything further than that will be awseome! I do not know how much I weigh, I don't intend to weigh myself as I know I will get obsessed that way, and I know muscle weighs more than fat and I just wanna lose inches really and focus on that. I may post pics showing my progress at times, and also my sewing projects cause there is no way I can afford new clothes and I may have to just adjust and customise my old ones xD

That is basically it, I shall talk to you guys soon, once I have joined the gym and let you know whats going on :D
